Landlords
Use the Different messaging system to leave a message or an urgent message if you need to speak to your tenant on short notice.
The responsibility of the request and payment of the maintenance service is determined in the lease agreement. The requests for maintenance service can be seen by the other party in the application.
The Tenant insurance is mandatory and it is automatically required as a different billed service. You are able to see and review it in the Tenant’s application form.
